Finsbury Park Business Forum

is a business led and community focused, not for profit social enterprise. The Forum represents its growing membership by lobbying on their behalf in the following areas:

  • Business Rate
  • Parking
  • Building Regulation
  • Environment

  • Collaboration with Chambers of Commerce here in the UK and abroad
  • Trade Trips

Becoming a member of the Finsbury Park Business Forum opens up a wealth of free essential business information, events and discounted meeting room facilities in the heart of the area. If you are thinking of starting a business, have just started, or have been in business for a while, joining the Forum could be your next move.


New Initiative

Present the Finsbury Park Business Forum is organising Business and Community Wardens to be placed around Finsbury Park tube, train and bus station. Their role will be to support, assist and direct people to local services and deal with general information enquiries which may include community support services, local shopping area, parks, recreational activities, hospitals, police station, schools, community associations or places of worship.


The Forum

The Finsbury Park Business Forum organises events throughout the year as an opportunity for local businesses to find out what is happening locally and to air their views. It has also developed various methods of communication as a means of keeping its members informed through networking, meetings, briefings, fact sheets and newsletters.

The Finsbury Park Business Forum encourages and supports its members to engage with local governments on matters concerning social and business policy. This partnership opens up avenues for communication, strategic planning and effective policy implementation which in turn allows policy makers to ascertain the business needs of the local community.

These partnerships established over the years has not only strengthened community links but also helped the Forum in building its reputation.


With the Forum!

Membership is open to any organisation or company within the UK and abroad. local businesses, large or small, can also play an active role in the Forum and have the opportunity to:

  • meet other members with whom they can swap ideas, questions and answers
  • meet other new members with whom they can develop business opportunities
  • establish a pool of customers who will, as a fellow member, often prefer to give their business to you.
